Volvo Trucks & Buses Argentina se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Asesor de Servicios para sumarse al concesionario oficial de Volvo, ubicado en Maipú, Mendoza.

Es importante que cuente con una experiencia mínima de 1 año en posiciones similares en el área automotriz; con experiencia con trato con clientes finales y manejo en SAP (preferentemente)

La misión del puesto es coordinar y ejecutar todos los procesos de ingreso de unidades (camiones o buses), que se originan a partir de las diversas necesidades expuestas por el cliente, garantizando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad Volvo, con el fin de contribuir a ser percibidos como líderes en imagen, calidad y satisfacción al cliente.

 

Sus principales responsabilidades serán:

-Atender las necesidades del cliente y manejar la comunicación.

-Asesorar sobre los trabajos a realizar en el taller y posibles reparaciones.

-Recibir la unidad y entregarla reparada de manera óptima.

-Controlar el presupuesto que recibe del taller, chequear estado crediticio y posible financiación (cuentas a cobrar), negociar y facturar.

-Cumplir los procesos y normas del programa VPS.

-Gestionar el reclamo de contratos de mantenimiento y garantías.

-Supervisar el tiempo de reparación para cumplir la promesa al cliente.
