About the team

The  Customer Experience (CX) Organization is aimed at delighting customers at every touchpoint.  We are dedicated to understanding and meeting the evolving needs and expectations of our customers.  We are committed to working collaboratively to deliver seamless and memorable interactions.

Your role

As a Business Strategy & Operations Manager, you’ll be a partner to our Chief Customer Officer, providing administrative and project management support.  You will work side by side with them, and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of a company in hyper-growth mode, to help increase productivity and drive effectiveness.

This position reports to our Chief Customer Officer, and the ideal candidate will be located in Denver, CO.

What you’ll do 

Project Management: Facilitate documentation and execution of the CX organization's strategic initiatives. Including but not limited to assisting in creating project plans, holding contributors accountable to deliverables and timelines, etc. Document Management: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CCO Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CCO. Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CCO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items. Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members. Information Management: Manage and maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism. T&E Management Org-Wide: Oversee and manage the T&E budget for 300+ employees globally

Skills you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives. Exceptional organizational time and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Suite. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
