Cash App Sr. Analyst

Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services, is seeking a Cash App Senior Analyst, to join its Global Business Services team, which provides Cash App & Accounts Receivable support to all Ecolab devisions around the world.  

This position is accountable for dispute resolution and account management activities for complex and high impact customer accounts, new associate training, and may provide additional support to the Cash App Leadership on team management. This position supports AR problem resolution and account management activities which require critical thinking and “big picture” decision making skills related to customer issue resolution. This role works within credit policy guidelines to improve DSO/Cash flow and reduce risk. Position acts as key liaison with both internal and external customers.

Delivering Results:

Achieves individual objectives related to dispute resolution, DSO, account management and SLA’s by utilizing good time management skills. Responds to incoming communications including e-mails, inbound calls from internal customers, and direct mailMay be required to assist Dispute Resolution Supervisor on team management, training and special projectsHandles escalated issues from internal/external customersUses critical decision making skills to ensure disputes are resolved Researches disputes and invoice issues. Support dispute identification and resolution process. Identify trends and themes related to larger potential dispute issuesDocument understanding of customer specific  processes  (Payment process, approval structure, Acct History, Portal restrictions and risk profile)Achieving daily and monthly statistical objectives.Supports associate training, developing training materials and procedures.Demonstrates urgency to resolve issues. Uses sound judgment in decisions and interactionsOpenly accepts feedback and eager to learn new responsibilitiesActively pursues opportunities to develop. Leverages PP&DEstablishes strong working relationships with external/internal customer contacts Develop deep knowledge of customer payment (Order-Cash) processes Maintains a positive, professional manner using appropriate business communication by utilizing effective negotiation skills.


Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or a degree-seeking candidate in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field3 or 4 years previous experience in Cash App, Billing, Credit & Collections or AR.English (Advanced level - written and oral)Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook)SAP, AS400 or PowerBi knowledgeProcess improvement certification is a plus.Shared service experienced is desirable.
