Element has an opportunity for a Civil Material Technician for testing, sample preparation and delivery/collection of samples and preparation of test reports. Candidates should ideally have gained considerable experience in construction material testing either with a commercial test house or contractor.

 

Responsibilities Perform soil, concrete and aggregate testingConduct density testSampling of concrete for compression and flexural testConduct slump testingHave an idea / conduct asphalt testing (preferable)Prepare and compile reports Skills / Qualifications Diploma / degree in Civils with at least 2 year experience in similar roleGood communication skills and ability to work in teams and to work under pressureValid GCC driving licenceKnowledge of shotcrete testing
