We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Content Manager to join the Pharma Services Group (PSG) Marketing team. The Content Manager will actively drive, and complete the creation, development, and management of content across pharma services. This position involves developing compelling, strategic content that attracts and nurtures potential customers from initial awareness through to conversion. As part of the in-house content and creative team, the manager will deliver top, middle, and bottom funnel content and, planning, and narrative development to meet both brand-level and business unit-specific objectives.

A day in the life

Actively drive input for our full funnel content strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cross-divisional initiatives.Develop and implement top, middle, and bottom funnel content.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including market development managers, product management, and digital teams, to develop new content solutions and build positive relationships.Lead and coordinate the editorial calendar in accordance with key organizational goals and feedback from digital marketing, demand generation, and product marketing teams.Create a diverse range of content, including whitepapers, articles, webinar scripts, emails, newsletters, social posts, case studies, blogs, paid media, and more.Define, measure, and report on key content metrics to peers and leadership.Identify content gaps and research industry trends to ensure our content remains innovative, creative, engaging, and effective.Develop the pharma services brand identity by delivering compelling content that effectively cultivates potential customers.Maintain consistency in tone and voice across all content.

Keys to Success

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field required.Advanced Degree preferred.

Experience:

5 years content marketing experience, preferably in a scientific or pharmaceutical environment.Experience within pharma services or CDMO is desired.Experience in leading projects within agency settings or cross-functional teams.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.Versatile writing skills with the ability to adapt tone to resonate with different audiences.Effective in a multi-cultural, global environment.Skilled in providing actionable feedback and critique.Creative problem solver with the ability to use both innovative and proven approaches to content development.Familiarity with project management tools such as Workfront.Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a wide range of content creation across various styles and channels.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$140,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
