JOB SUMMARY

The position will support the South Cone Marketing Team. The focus will be on administrative processes execution. He/She will be mainly responsible for the following tasks:

Vendor CreationService Contracts Draw UpPurchases Orders & Invoices

Also, will provide support in events and activities related to the marketing plan.

The incumbent works cross-functionally with internal departments and external resources on the marketing team related issues.

Supports adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Administrative support to the Marketing Team.

• Logistical support in the execution of educational events organized by PTC in the South Cone region (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay & Paraguay).

• Management of internal platforms (Encompass-C365-Veeva - SAP), in order to ensure compliance with the processes required.

• Fluent relationship with vendors & opinion leaders.

REQUIREMENTS

Be based in Buenos Aires.University degree (or advanced in the career). Preferably: Administration, Marketing & related careers.Experience in administrative tasks is desirable.Intermediate English levelAdvance skills in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.Sense of responsibility and capable of teamwork.Able to work independently and have a proactive attitude.Travel requirements: 10% of the time approximately .
