This role directs the marketing and sales activities for our Motion Bussines at Caba tasked with setting and profitably achieving key targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role you will define and implement sales and marketing initiatives in line with strategy, while proactively leading, developing and coaching the marketing and sales team.
Your responsibilitiesDigital native, management of everything related to digital marketing (online marketing, sales, SEM, etc.).Expert in online campaign management (sales force, Pardot).Online marketing and lead generation.Management of digital marketing and social media metrics.
Your backgroundBachelor´s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineeringwith a specialty in Digital Marketing (must).Five years of experience working in similar positions for B2B companies.
