Distribution & Warehouse Coordinator

Estamos buscando un Coordinador de Distribución y Almacén para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Basado en Buenos Aires – Argentina, reportando al Gerente de Cadena de Suministro, será responsable del proceso de distribución del producto terminado a los clientes asegurando altos estándares de nivel de servicio, coordinación del Almacén de materia prima y Centro de Distribución de productos terminados y Facturación, de acuerdo con las políticas y lineamientos establecidos, estrategias y legislación. Te centrarás en las siguientes actividades:

Principales Responsabilidades

Liderar equipos de Distribución, Almacén, Embarque y Facturación.Preparar y asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de despachoSupervisar y controlar el proceso de recolección, empaque, carga y transporte de producto terminado.Liderar la seguridad en su área de trabajo, mantener conductas seguras y comprometerse con su seguridad y llevarla más allá de la empresa.Mantener comunicación con las áreas de planeación, producción y comercial, asegurando el flujo de materiales al almacén de producto terminado de acuerdo con su plan de despacho.Supervisar y controlar el inventario de los almacenes de Producto Terminado y Materia Prima. Liderar inventarios trimestrales y mensuales.Elaborar y controlar los KPI del área.Cumplir con la entrega de productos a los clientes en base a Cantidad, Calidad y Entrega a Tiempo.Mantener comunicación con las áreas logísticas de los clientes con el fin de mantener un alto nivel de servicio.Detectar cualquier desviación en su proceso y realizar el respectivo análisis de causa raíz, proponiendo y ejecutando soluciones correctivas y preventivas.Identificar e implementar oportunidades de mejora en el proceso de producto terminado y materia prima.Administrar correctamente el almacén de materia prima, recibiendo, almacenando y controlando los materiales.Controlar el correcto ingreso de devoluciones al almacén de materias primas.Controlar la correcta rotación y salida de materiales según el sistema FIFO.Verificar que el almacenamiento y manejo de productos terminados y materias primas se realice de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos, manteniendo el orden y limpieza del almacén, de acuerdo a las normas y políticas de la empresa.Cumplir y promover las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente de la empresa entre sus colaboradores y contratistas a su cargo.Responsable del proceso de facturaciónParticipar activamente en programas y capacitaciones.

Team overview and job responsibilities

We are looking for a Distribution & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

Based in Buenos Aires – Argentina, reporting to Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for the FG distribution process to customers assuring high service level standards, coordination of the raw material Warehouse & Finish good Distribution Center & Invoicing, in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation. You will focus on the following activities:

Main Responsibilities

Lead Distribution, Warehouse, Shipment & Invoicing teamsPrepare and ensure compliance with the dispatch planMonitor and control the process of picking, packing, loading and transportation of finished product.Lead safety in your work area, maintain safe conduct, and commit to your safety and take it beyond the company.Maintain communication with the planning, production and commercial areas, ensuring the flow of materials to the finished product warehouse according to their dispatch plan.Monitor and control inventory of the Finished Product and Raw Materials warehouses. Leading quarterly and monthly inventories.Prepare and control KPI of the area.Comply with the delivery of products to customers based on Quantity, Quality and Delivery on Time.Maintain communication with customers logistics areas in order to maintain a high level of service.Detect any deviation in your process and realize the respective root cause analysis, proposing and executing corrective and preventive solutions.Identify and implement improvement opportunities to the finished product & raw material process.Correctly manage the raw material warehouse, receiving, storing and controlling the materials.Control the correct entry of returns to the warehouse of raw materials.Control the correct rotation and output of materials according to the FIFO system.Verify that the storage and handling of finished products and raw materials is in accordance with established procedures, maintaining order and cleanliness of the warehouse, according to company standards and policies.Comply with and promote the company's safety, quality and environmental policies and procedures to its collaborators and contractors under their charge.Responsible for invoicing processActively participate in programs and training.
