Drive the Future - Audit (Part-time)

The internship program participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Argentina and will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence.  

We are looking for students who  are eager  to  learn, proactive,  creative,  curious and  self-initiated. This is a part-time intern role, that has a duration from a mi of 6 month to a max of 18 month, and is our main talent pipeline for analyst roles. 

In this opportunity, the Internal Audit function is seeking for a new member to join the Internal Audit Corporate Sector team, based in Buenos Aires. The Corporate Functions Audit team provides audit coverage of key corporate functions including Finance, Risk Management, Compliance (including Global Financial Crimes Compliance), Legal, Human Resources, Global Real Estate, and Global Security & Investigation. The team also works closely with each Line of Business (LOB) Audit team to ensure consistent coverage of these topics.
 

In this opportunity we are looking for:

Students with outstanding academic background pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline; Fluent in English. Portuguese language skills are considered as a plus; Demonstrable interest in working in the financial industry; Knowledge of MS Office package; Python  Knowledge of auditing principles is considered as a plus; Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical, problem-solving; organizational, and interpersonal skills; Excellent time management, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time; and Self-motivated and highly accountable

And these are some of the activities you will be collaborating:

Supporting the team throughout the audit process; Analyzing internal controls, processes, and financial data in order to contribute to audit workpapers and reports; Managing data in the audit database; Participating in meetings and calls with audit stakeholders;  Ad hoc projects including preparing presentations, organizing team events, etc.
