Export & Import Customer Service Analyst Senior

**Responsibilities:**
+ Consolidate the SOLA demand (Emerson and direct shipment)
+ Analyze the analyses the demand and inform the opportunities and risks
+ Manage the Open Order report (late / On Time) – strong follow up
+ Intensive follow up will all origins (MX / USA / TH / CHINA / INDIA) on weekly bases
+ The analyst will be the main contact (bridge) with Customers and Emerson
**Requirements:**
Experience
1. Experienced in supply chain, customer service management between 3-5 years
2. Strong skill communication
3. Analytic, concentrated and focused
Education
+ Graduation in Administration; Import & Export or graduated similar area.
Languages
+ Business fluency in English (mandatory)
