This is a rare and fantastic opportunity to join our small but dedicated People & Culture team as the Recruitment & Talent Coordinator. Reporting directly to the NZ People & Culture Manager, this role will see you collaborate closely with our Regional Managers and managing your own recruitment portfolio!
THE ROLE:
With hiring manager and candidate experience at the core of what we do, you'll provide true partnership to your stakeholder group, understand their talent needs and delivering a targeted recruitment approach and solutions to find top talent. Key responsibilities include:
(Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers & Sales Assistants) Recruitment reporting Administration tasks Running recruitment campaigns, managing talent pools Talent sourcing and strategizing for hard to fill roles
You will have proven experience within a recruitment function and will love to be kept busy, recruiting a high volume of roles and will be pro-active in sourcing top talent for our retail business. In addition, you will have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, have strong organisational skills and above all a positive, dynamic and approachable personality.
