About this opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Field Services Supervisor. This role is integral to our operational infrastructure, aiding in the coordination, management, and execution of on-site field service activities. You will support other service functions, ensuring services are consistently available, meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards, and conform to Project OHS requirements. What you will do:
•    Planning Services in accordance with the Working Level Agreement, WLA (Working Level Agreement) agreed.
•    Ensure quality control.
•    Analyze the quality requirements of the project results, and the quality and reliability of performance.
•    Make sure you are reachable. Select (or set) method for measuring the quality of performance objectives.
•    Decide on the appropriate framework for the project, including the responsibilities and functions, as well as evaluations, audits and reviews.
•    Ensure that all tools and equipment are safe.
•    Continuously compare results and ensure that the results are verified as described in the Working Level Agreement, WLA (Working Level Agreement) and Service Level Agreement, SLA (Service Level Agreement).
•    Monitor and report the operating performance of the core areas for MSIP and PC-MS organizations.
•    Ensure compliance of business processes and implementation of the activities of continuous service improvement.
•    Supervision of Third Parties.
•    Corrective maintenance (planning, implementation, and quality).
•    Measure competition work order.

You will bring:
•    Experience in installation, configuration, and integration of RBS GSM, 3G Node B, transmission equipment. Solid knowledge and experience of operation and maintenance, integration in mobile networks
•    Experience in TX and Site Audit
•    Strong understanding of FTP, HTTP, TCP / IP
•    Strong relationship building.
•    Strong understanding of GSM, WCDMA technologies.
•    Planning and organization skills.
•    Skills in problem solving and troubleshooting.
•    Good communication skills.
•    Good social skills and awareness.
•    Education - Bachelor Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer Science
