Global Supply Chain Financial Analysis Lead – Manufacturing

Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, who will be responsible for supporting Manufacturing plants and Leadership through forecast and planning processes and continuing to enhance reporting and visibility for our sites. Supply Chain financial reporting, analysis, and planning requirements for areas including manufacturing spend and variation in partnership with the Manager of Financial Analysis.

This work includes month-end accounting and reporting, analytics and assisting with forecast/planning activities. This position will interface frequently with plant controller teams, and often provides decision support as needed to Supply Chain VP/ Controller, VP’s of Manufacturing, Planning and Engineering.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or EconomicsMinimum 4 years of finance and/or accounting experienceNo immigration sponsorship available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in BI, Power BI and SAPWorking knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Corporate and Supply Chain EPMPrior experience in Supply Chain or Business gross margin roleStrong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to support relationships with all levels of management and between functionsAbility to own their work and work independently as neededOverall business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguityResults-oriented, proactive, and possess a high level of integrityAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with a working knowledge and prior experience with financial reporting/analysis, budgeting and forecasting
