We are currently looking for Go-To-Market Readiness Team Service Lead to work with us. 

\n\n\n

 

\n\n\n

What you´ll do:   

\n\n\n

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our GTM Launch Readiness process, ensuring that products, solutions, sales policies, and programs are launched smoothly and effectively  

\n\n\n

 

\n\n\n

  Key Responsibilities: 

\n\n\n

 

\n\n\n

Strategic Leadership: 

\n\n\n\n\n

Provide strategic direction and vision for the GTM Readiness Team, aligning activities with overall organizational goals. 

\n\n\n

Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. 

\n\n\n

Develop and manage the GTM Launch Readiness team budget and resources. 

\n\n\n

Identify and prioritize key GTM projects, ensuring successful completion within timelines. 

\n\n\n

Drive continuous improvement of the GTM Launch Readiness process by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions. 

\n\n\n\n\n

 

\n\n\n

Project Management: 

\n\n\n\n\n

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for GTM initiatives, including requirements documents, design documents, risk assessments, timelines, budgets, and communication plans. 

\n\n\n

Assign tasks and manage workload for team members, ensuring efficient project execution. 

\n\n\n

Monitor project progress, identify and resolve roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed. 

\n\n\n

Track and report on project metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. 

\n\n\n\n\n

 

\n\n\n

Communication & Collaboration: 

\n\n\n\n\n

Develop and manage clear, concise, and audience-appropriate training materials on GTM tools and processes. 

\n\n\n

Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, keeping them informed of GTM initiatives and progress. 

\n\n\n

Maintain and update the GTM Readiness Team website with relevant content and resources. 

\n\n\n

Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs and stakeholders across the organization. 

\n\n\n\n\n

 

\n\n\n

Business Operations & Reporting: 

\n\n\n\n\n

Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the GTM Readiness Team. 

\n\n\n

Analyze and interpret data to gain insights and identify trends. 

\n\n\n

Generate reports summarizing GTM program performance and launch readiness metrics. 

\n\n\n

Participate in monthly launch review meetings and provide insightful executive summaries. 

\n\n\n\n\n

 

\n\n\n

Necessary skills and experience required: 

\n\n\n

  

\n\n\n\n\n

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred). 

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Advanced English is a MUST.  

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, ideally in a GTM or product launch environment. 

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve successful project outcomes. 

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Strong understanding of GTM principles and best practices. 

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. 

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana). 

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Experience with business process improvement. 

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs). 

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Experience with Apps Script (a plus).  

\n\n\n\n\n
