**The position** As a Communication Trainee for our IT EDP Self-Service Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the communication efforts and internal knowledge sharing within the company. In this role, you will learn about our product strategy to establish clear and effective communication about our activities and offering for the whole company. You will support our team in managing communication for the following tools: Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Snowflake, Statistica, RStudio, Alteryx and Knime. **Tasks and responsabilities** + Help to develop and execute communication strategies to promote activities, news and offering of Self-Service Analytics product team. + Help team to manage and keep up-to-date communication channels, including INSITE pages (SharePoint sites), newsletters, Teams communities and other media. + Support in creating engaging and relevant content to effectively convey information to community members of the different tools. + Work closely with the Self-Service Analytics team to understand communication needs and ensure consistent and timely delivery. + Assist in measure and analyze the impact of communication activities and adjust as necessary to maximize reach and effectiveness. **Requirements** + Student of Communication, Marketing or related field. + Advanced level of English. + Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. + Willingness to communicate with multicultural audiences. + Proficient in using communication tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms. + Familiarity with analytics and data visualization concepts is a plus.
