IT Manager

We are looking for an Information Technology Manager and Digital Leader, responsible for all IT services and IT projects based in Buenos Aires, Argentina . Being part of a large multinational organization this IT/Digital leader has to manage the local IT team in collaboration with IT Latam and Head Quarters in Italy. Will act as digital transformation leader and work close with the CEO to be a change agent across the organization improving business effectiveness.

Job responsibilities

Will lead and develop a local IT/Digital team with internal and outsourced resources that implement and maintain local systems, applications and infrastructure.Will work with teams across the business to create innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experience and streamline business models in all departments.Responsible to monitors the IT/Digital services rendered to local users and able to identify and qualify local requests on cost vs. benefit basis.Maintain a Corporate Governance model and safeguards the Head Quarters standards including IT security and data access and integrity.Controls and measures IT Team performances and IT spending.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree: Systems Engineer or equivalent.Experience: 5 years as IT Manager or Systems Manager.A professional updated with market IT/Digital solutions able to inspire/drive his/her peers to develop a digital culture taking advantage of the technology as a competitive advantage.Needs a solid background in project management and demand management to optimize the usage of resources, people and costs.Preferably, should have have experienced on the manufacturing sector, strong on business process review, ERP solutions and Web solutions but also able to manager infrastructure matters regarding servers, telecommunication, security and end user computing.Language: Advanced English (Required), Italian and/or Portuguese is appreciated.
