Managed Services Engagement Lead

This role is open to candidates remotely in the US.

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading pursuit activities from planning and strategy to contract negotiations while actively contributing to lead identification, proposals, and account planning activities. The role stays updated with the latest industry trends, defines value propositions for the clients, and optimizes pursuits to drive successful outcomes for the organization.

Responsibilities
• Drives managed device services (MDS) qualification, sales strategy, and business development, leading pursuit engagements and negotiations.
• Takes accountability for the pursuit activities including project planning, solution assessment, pricing, and business decisions.
• Consults during the lead identification phase and contributes to account business planning activities.
• Analyzes complex financial models, conducts ROI assessments, and makes informed decisions for deals with significant financial impact.
• Defines compelling value propositions and articulates the business case in alignment with customer needs.
• Leads sales process, contract negotiation, and cross-functional discussions for successful outcomes.
• Stays updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to drive innovative pursuit strategies.
• Optimizes pursuit processes, implements best practices, and mentors junior team members.
• Applies program/project management methods and processes to define, plan, track, and escalate to ensure successful pursuit.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in sales, business development, or a related field.

 Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $146,400.00 -- $225,450.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
