Out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients as well! Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills and independent thinking. Strong partnership with key stakeholder, finding ways to collaborate together.

P&I is a post settlement team within Asset Servicing organization responsible for the resolution of breaks derived from the normal process of coupon/interest and principal payment of fixed income products. The team has the oversight of bonds (ABS, CMO, MBS, Corp&Munis, USTs) payments in USD currency in JPM portfolio for both Institutional businesses.

All claims derived from the analysis of a Pay/Rec under scope is managed by the correspondent analyst.

Role Description

Responsibilities of this role may include monitoring, analyzing, and processing transactions via numerous proprietary and vendor systems. You will be responsible for facilitating the accurate and timely P&I transactions for all products under scope across domestic market. You will also be responsible for monitoring and mitigating risk across the overall operational process and trade life cycle, which will also see you building partnership(s) with other strategic J.P. Morgan locations, clients and vendors. In addition, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing inquiries/claims from internal and external clients/counterparties.

What do we ask for this position?

Some analytical experience. Knowledge of the subject/area is a plus, not a must. Graduate or advanced bachelor student (as this person will be working full time, from 9 AM to 6 PM) Advanced English (used on daily basis). Client/Customer focus. Prioritize workload and be able to address Stakeholders inquiries in a prompt and accurate manner.  Able to deal with deadlines to meet the daily Cut Offs. Problem solving. Able to find solutions related to escalations. A dynamic & and proactive attitude. Team player.
