POOLING - Inside Sales Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

The Inside Sales Specialist will be working in a team environment as part of the Proposals Team under Business Development and Solutions Engineering (BDSE) Department. 

Responsible for taking customer and sales’ inquiries on automation software support, developing proposals and sales programs as needed; driving follow-up calls as needed, including but not limited to entering the transaction in the customer database and inbound lead routing.
 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Quote generation and follow-up activities (phone and email) Data entry and enrichment to support installed base cleanup and database integrations Provide outstanding customer service to our Controls and Software (C&S) Partners and their customers Work with customer employees and management to promote, drive, and maintain continuous improvement in processes and efficiency Provide services to Controls and Software (C&S) sales and service teams that enable them to attract and serve customers faster, with better quality Provide well defined leads to sales representatives Follow-up sales opportunities and support the work of Regional Sales Team Leader Handle incoming customers’ requests, and provide them with the vital support Get to know, understand and deliver different customer service processes Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company Fully use the sales automation system (SAP/Salesforce, etc). Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer/account information. Develop a detailed product knowledge proficiency on all technologies and services offerings as related to quote generation.

You model collaboration across the organization.     For This Role, You Will Need: BS Degree in Engineering or Business/ Marketing Course with at least two (2) years of technical sales or customer service experience     Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Programs) MS Excel knowledge is an advantage
