This starts from defining requirements with the product team and stakeholders, creating experience flows, testing prototypes, moving on to high-fidelity designs, and in some cases, assisting with the implementation of your designs.

Data Analysis: Understand and interpret user metrics and feedback to inform design decisions and build an action plan. Though direct research will not be part of your role, using provided data to enhance user experience is crucial.

Communication: Effectively communicate design updates to stakeholders, facilitate discussions with engineers and product managers, and advocate for user-centric design principles. You should be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and comfortable communicating with team members around the world.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience designing for the general public across various formats, including responsive web design and mobile apps. Experience in the design and implementation of email templates is a plus.

Understanding of front-end engineering concepts and basic coding considerations.

Well-structured and self-motivated, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work within expected timelines. Knowledge of project management tools like Jira or similar is a plus.
