Mars Confectionary is seeking driven and motivated individuals to join their Production Crew as Operators. You will be the heart of the company, ensuring our sweet products are delivered to a high standard whilst meeting supplier demands. You will be required to work on a rotating shift pattern.

As a Mars Operator, your days will be filled with chocolatey goodness and sweet smells, you will be accountable for the performance of several machines, processes and pieces of equipment to ensure all products are being delivered on time and to standard, this is you opportunity to join a global company that values the development of all employees.

What will be your key responsibilities?Safely & competently operate all equipmentEnsure all products are manufactured to Mars standardsMaintaining general housekeeping within the factoryDriving improvementsResponsible for monitoring and running multiple pieces of equipment through the usage of software interface systems as well as physical checksCompleting effective shift handovers & ensuring changeovers are done smoothlyPart of a shift team, contributing to the achievement of targets.
