Key Responsibilities:
\n\n\n\n\nDrive the process for sales operations planning across selected segments to maximize area performance
\n\n\nDevelop, manage, and monitors a detailed project schedule and work plan; make adjustments as needed
\n\n\nLead standardization of processes and tools continuous improvements to optimize productivity
\n\n\nDevelop project status, communicate process standards and changes, raise project delays and issues to workarounds, clearly to business, operations support team
\n\n\nProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
\n\n\nUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
\n\n\nCollaborate with operational teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes of moderate complexity, and understand business/customer impacts
\n\n\nUtilize standard project mgmt. and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches
\n\n\nManage the sales experience improvement program, working cross functionally to collect inputs, analyze them, invoke action taking, follow-up tightly and communicate progress
\n\n\nExtract data sets, perform analysis and build financial models to support pipeline coverage, renewal, or other initiatives
\n\n\nAnalyze performance and productivity data and assist in preparing slides for Quarterly Business Reviews, or other Support/Sales leadership presentations
\n\n\nAssist with annual planning and monthly forecasting processes
\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Necessary skills and experience required:
\n\n\n\n\n4-8 years experience of end-to-end delivery
\n\n\nThrives in a fast-paced environment
\n\n\nPreferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), 6 Sigma, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL certification
\n\n\nPreferred: Industry experience in cloud, technology, or sales markets
\n\n\nTeam player with excellent verbal and written communications skills, organizational and stakeholder management skills
\n\n\nExcellent time management skills & attention to detail
\n\n\nExperience in project management planning tools and Google Workspace is critical
\n\n\nMust be knowledgeable in analyzing spreadsheet data, creating simple formulas, developing pivot tables, vlookup, etc
