About the team

Dialpad’s Systems and Tools team plays a key role in the GTM Strategy to allow users to execute and be efficient with the internal systems. Dialpad is looking for an experienced, highly detail-oriented Project Manager with excellent problem solving and communication skills to join our Systems and Tools team. We support the business with innovative ideas and technical expertise while working closely with the Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Marketing and Operations departments. 

Your role

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring projects are executed and delivered effectively and efficiently, working as a liaison between our Business Transformation team and internal stakeholders. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all deadlines are met. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and summarizing the progress of projects to ensure each project is completed on time and to the highest standard. You must be proficient at documenting to ensure business requirements and issues are defined clearly and concise. In addition, you’ll assist with UAT to ensure projects meet the requirements. The Project Manager will collaborate with the team to deliver valuable functionality to our internal customers.

This position reports to our Director of Systems and Tools and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office.

What you’ll do 

Develop and monitor detailed project plans to track progress of projects. Perform impact and risk analysis.  Coordinate internal resources for execution of multiple projects. Manage the relationship with technical and business  stakeholders.  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Identify and address potential issues or inconsistencies in projects. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Assist with UAT testing and product validation. Be comfortable wearing many hats and able to work in an agile environment with changing priorities and critical deadline. Provide a superior customer experience in all interactions with internal and external customers.

Skills you’ll bring 

3+ years experience in a similar role at a SaaS company. 3+ years of Project Management experience. Strong understanding of Project Management best practices and functionality. Knowledge of sales and marketing processes and workflows. Experience with Salesforce best practices and functionality. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
