The Work You'll Do:

As a Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role within the Product team and collaborate extensively across different departments to oversee the governance of strategic initiatives. Your focus will be on managing the end-to-end completion of projects, including orchestrating impactful go-to-market launches. Beyond project execution, you'll lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements, aiming to standardize best practices across teams. This role not only entails ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met but also involves fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency organization-wide.

More specifically, you will:

Manage ongoing governance of key Product Management processes – Product Council, Roadmap development, and tool usage Organize and facilitate project planning activities for Global Product Releases/Launches Track and communicate team metrics and progress Manage project execution across teams for all phases: Strategy, Execution, and Growth Document and track resolution of project issues, risks, and change requests; resolve and escalate as appropriate Create and deliver project communication materials for team members, leadership, and business partners for projects of moderate complexity Foster positive relationships and share information with sponsors, leadership, team members, and interfacing teams Identify and address impediments and prevent distractions that hinder team delivery Develop and leverage technical, functional, or business knowledge to support organizational readiness

What We Need From You

This role is entry-level and does not require specific work experience, although 1+ years of relevant work history is nice to have Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Proficiency in meeting facilitation and training Ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels and foster productive project team dynamics Aptitude for quickly grasping new technical concepts and evaluating situations for improvement opportunities Detail-oriented with a collaborative approach in deadline-driven environments Ability to proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks impacting team progress
