As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be focussing on supporting business units to acomplish their hiring goals by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for our Creative, Engineering, and Media roles LATAM. You will be involved in defining, designing, and implementing recruitment strategies for Prodigious with a focus on attracting top talent, partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the globe, work closely with the LATAM talent team in order to fill requisitions as quickly as possible while you continue to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

QualificationsRecruiting experience specifically in a high-growth/ high-performance environment in a competitive market Strong  knowledge of recruitment trends, technologies and staffing, and employment practicesWorking knowledge of market compensation trendsHistory of working with hiring managers AND stakeholders/business partners at all levels of the organization A proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problemsThe desire and appreciation for feedback as part of the effort to improve as a Recruiter and strategic business partnerA positive, high-transparency, and team-oriented approach to your workAdvanced english level
