This role is responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting suitable candidates for open positions in the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.  Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions  Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule  Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes  Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process 

 Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in Recruitment in agency Experience with Greenhouse Strong team player  Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure with strict timelines  Highly organized, detail oriented, client focused and proactive  Advanced in English
