Job Summary
As a Ref Data Change Management Analyst within the Digital Document Services group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining training plans, managing communications with project teams and key business partners, and facilitating reviews with stakeholders. You will work under tight deadlines to update knowledge assets and formulate recommendations for process improvement. This role provides an opportunity to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization and to contribute to a global leader in investment banking.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure final approved changes have been communicated and impacted members have been trained Manage communications and meetings with project teams and key business partners, escalating challenges as needed Facilitate review with Stakeholders including Process Owner, Management, Testing and Compliance securing all approvals for procedures Work under tight deadlines to quickly update/enhance knowledge assets resulting from policy and process changes Establish working relationships and routinely interface with Stakeholders, Technology, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Compliance, and any other relevant party Formulate observations and recommendations for process improvement, risk mitigation, and improved controls Work both proactively & reactively towards daily communication requirements, presented by senior management alongside regularly scheduled business updates.Qualifications
A minimum of two to three years of experience in the Industry working with Change Management. Demonstrated experience giving trainings, explaining new processes Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and SharePoint Experience working with end users to improve user experience BA/BS degree in English/Writing or equivalent work experience
