What will I be doing?

As Revenue Coordinator, you support, from administrative and customer service perspectives, the Sales team to develop leads and respond to enquiries and opportunities. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\nProvide full support and coordination services to the Revenue Team \nUnderstand fully hotel products and operations \nIdentify new contacts and develop sales leads \nRespond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue \nSeek opportunities, specifically up-selling opportunities, to increase sales and conversions within the Team \nPrepare various reports as and when required \nMonitor Guest and customer satisfaction and resolve any service issues to ensure future businessWhat are we looking for?
