Rol purpose:

\n

\n

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of the monthly financial statements of DHL entities in accordance with Accounting Principles and Corporate policies

\n

The job holder has to ensure that reports are completed in accordance with reporting deadlines set by the Area and Regional Office (monthly, quarterly, and annually) and that internal accounting controls are reviewed periodically

\n

\n

Main responsabilities:

\n

\n

• To perform general ledger journal entries timely and accurately

\n

• To prepare general month-end ledger reports for month-end closing

\n

• To monitor/Process daily bank statements.

\n

• To perform daily transitory accounts clearing and monthly bank reconciliation

\n

• To perform fixed asset capitalization, disposal, transfer, and retirement activities. To generate monthly fixed asset reports.

\n

• To perform monthly inter-company reconciliations and confirmations in line with DPDHL IC guidelines

\n

• To support the analytical review (balance sheet and profit & loss)

\n

• To prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations for specific account ranges in line with the DHL Express Regional Operating Model. Ensure that all relevant backups are stored in the appropriate location.

\n

• To support continuous improvements in the financial accounting processes, based on First Choice and LEAN methodology and principles.

Requirements

\n\n\n\n

· Students / Diploma or degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent by experience

\n

· Expected (Years of) Experience

\n

· \"0 to 1 year of working experience, preferably in the financial accounting field

\n

· Strong command in MS Office, especially MS Excel

\n

· Languages: English oral/ writing advance/ intermediate preferable.
