5-8 years sales and marketing management exposure in the  automotive, technical or construction space swill secure this appointment.

Requirements:
Grade 12/ Senior Certificate or equivalent. Appropriate Sales/Marketing diploma or degree. 5-8 years sales and marketing management exposure.  Automotive/Technical/Industry experience. Computer literate i.e. MS office/computer (Word, excel, Syspro etc). Valid drivers license is essential. Doing additional duties as deemed necessary.  
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
Managing the sales and marketing function of the branch. Conducting Sales and Market intelligence. Calling on all major customers. Monitoring Sales performance and objectives from Sales team. Developing new business. Achieve Sales budget objectives. Ensure updated price list and set selling process with Branch Manager. Good product knowledge and good communication skills. Motivating and driving the sales team. Coaching and guiding sales and Internal reps. Developing and implementing sales strategy.
