As a Sales Operations Manager, you will drive the sales performance of Process Automation Business in Buenos Aires specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy.You will lead and coach the local sales organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.
This position reports toLocal/Hub Division Manager
Your responsibilitiesManagement of work teams, responsible for managing purchase orders, from their entry to their delivery and invoicing with all the intermediate steps related to logistics support, factory purchase.Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them.Coordinating the information flow around sales activities, and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales.Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale.Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks.Building a robust sales organization through best practices, training, and cross-collaboration.
Your backgroundBachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related. Five years of experience working in similar positions. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office. Experience in Project Management. Supply chain management.Negotiation with internal and external clients.Experience working with some ERP is desirable.Advanced English level. Problem solving, organized and detail oriented.
