A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a talented creative Graphic Designer to join our team as the primary creative support on the design front for a major media/entertainment client. This person will take existing brand guidelines and creative materials, reimagine and adapt them for different deliverables working closely with a Creative Lead for direction. This role will balance both original conceptual ideas and liaise production/mechanical design projects.

The ideal candidate must have a great eye for design, come from an integrated background, fluent in Adobe suite, strong eye for brand design and have outstanding communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities.

What You’ll Do

Develop visually compelling and impactful designs for a variety of deliverables including: social, print, branding, emails, out of home, and video ensuring it effectively communicates our brand message and enhances the overall customer experience Develop concept within Creative Lead’s direction for a variety of projects. This includes ideation, storyboarding, and creating visually engaging designs that align with the project's objectives and target audience Adapt campaign creative for different placements while maintaining a cohesive brand image Demonstrate a deep understanding and proficiency in working within a design system Collaborate with WPP creative partners, offshore production teams, and client teams to deliver design elements on brand and to spec Manage multiple projects simultaneously, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders Serve as the creative representative for our company on the design front supporting this client Present ideas in a clear and concise manner Work closely with Hogarth’s creative agency partners

What You'll Have

8+ Years Design experience in creative design Previous experience working with national or global brands and familiarity with significant brand guidelines is highly desirable Experience working with US based Creative Teams and Clients Excellent design skills in the creative suite with knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign Foundational understanding of pre-press and mechanical design to be able to liaise Curious and passionate self-starter Positive, open minded, solutions-oriented thinker Excellent organization and time management skills A detail-oriented, collaborative, team-player A strong portfolio showcasing your creative and conceptual design skills following a large brand’s guidelines Proven experience working independently and thriving without constant supervision Proficiency in storyboarding and experience working collaboratively with offshore production teams is a plus A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling Strong communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design ideas effectively Knowledge of design systems and experience working within established brand guidelines Familiarity with integrated design approaches, including digital platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
