The Role 

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our full stack team, which handles everything from ETL processes and Data Science to MLOps, end-to-end. In this unique role, you'll be a technical linchpin and mentor, driving best practices across the complete machine learning lifecycle within a single, cohesive unit. 

Your day-to-day 

With your extensive experience, you'll influence the architectural design of our robust, scalable solutions.  

Your multifaceted responsibilities will include building and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow for our machine learning models, and contributing to front-end and back-end components.  

Since we function as one integrated team, you'll collaborate intensively with team members across data science, MLOps, and ETL specialties, ensuring that models are not only well-crafted but also scalable and operationally viable. 

Your leadership will be central in nurturing a culture of best practices within our all-encompassing, full ML stack team. Ideally, you'll bring exposure to the nuanced challenges of adversarial machine learning. This knowledge will deepen our team's understanding of security considerations, model robustness, and data integrity. You'll guide us in building resilient systems that can withstand adversarial attacks, contributing to the reliability and safety of our products. Taking the initiative, you'll identify areas for improvement, propose actionable solutions, and lead our singular team in implementing them to achieve operational excellence. 

What you bring to the team 

This position offers a rare opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a meaningful impact across multiple domains within a single, agile framework. 

Strong proficiency in Python  coupled with experience in machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. 

Expertise in cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and SageMaker, to develop and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. 

In-depth understanding of ETL processes, including data collection, cleaning, and transformation, to ensure seamless data pipelines. 

Demonstrated leadership abilities in promoting best practices in MLOps, including CI/CD for machine learning, model versioning, and monitoring, to ensure models are production-ready and maintainable.
