Job description:

We are looking for an experienced senior PHP developer that works with OOP, the MVC pattern and MySQL databases on a daily basis to develop highly scalable and secure solutions.

Your responsibilities:

Develop modular and scalable software components for our applications (Back/Frontend) Optimise code for performance and scalability Maintain and refactor legacy systems Contribute to team process improvements, adhering to industry best practices and principles

You have:

5+ years object-oriented PHP 7+ development experience (Laravel) Capable of building server-side applications with PHP (Laravel), Javascript (jQuery), HTML and CSS (SASS) Good knowledge about design patterns, security, and performance concepts Solid foundation in SQL databases and design, specifically MySQL Good understanding of RESTful architecture Good understanding of caching tools and techniques Experience with GIT and versioning tools Team player

Desirable:

Good written, spoken, and interpersonal communication skills (English) Knowledge/Experience with NodeJS and VUE. Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM). Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Minimal knowledge on linux server management.
