Senior Operations Payroll Manager

After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (‘Divested Group’). Our team’s expertise in human insights and cloud technology gives companies and employees around the world the ability to power confident decisions, for life._ _With a comprehensive total rewards package, continuing education and training, and tremendous potential with a growing global organization, Alight is the perfect place to put your passion to work._ _Join our team if you Champion People, want to Grow with Purpose through acting with integrity and if you embody the meaning of Be Alight._ _Learn more at careers.alight.com._ **Responsibilities:** + SLA accountability + Ensure all SOC controls deliverables + Action plan development for improvements + Standards and tools in place and aligned for all accounts + Ensure staffing and training at optimal levels + Review account status (financial and client satisfaction) + Plan and Work to avoid remediation + Review and discuss RCA with Client + Review and Participate in SRM with Client + Monitor Ticket Management process (Alight worklife Assist) and ensure no misses SLA + Collaborate and work with commercial team in sales opportunities + Responsible for Metrics and Reporting completion + Build relationship commitment with other areas + Review and approve TRS every Friday + CPM monthly and provide timely feedback, ensure team completes all required trainings, motivate and ensure good morale on the team + Change Request Identify potential CRs, management and negotiation + Responsible for client satisfaction **Additional Responsibilities for Senior Managers** + Lead role for client escalations within operations + May have large number of T3 reports or Managers + Be the site leader for all local demands + Act as second approver for local finance/payments **Required Education and Experience:** + BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred; equivalent work experience required + A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Payroll solutions is required with at least 7 years in leadership role. + Advanced English (reading/speaking) required + Domain expertise in Payroll technology and solution; prefer SAP experience. + Ability to build strong collaborative relationships, influence multiple partners, and establish common goals and objectives without sacrificing outcomes + Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required. The ability to understand target audiences and translate complex concepts into clear and concise messages is required + Thrives in matrix environments, is flexible, collaborative and deadline driven + Solid organization skills with attention to detail. + Analytical mindset, critical thinking, problem solving skills are required + Experience in Inhouse, Outsourced and Co-sourced payroll service delivery models is preferred **_Flexible Working_** _So that you can be your best at work and home, we consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
