**The position** Handling of external and internal inquiries in compliance with SLA´s. Lead the S2P Direct Support Team. Process queries from internal business partners (e.g. requisitioner, global/local Sourcing, AP) received via ticket, email inbox or support hotline. Process queries from external business partners (vendors). Ensure that documentation for specific processes is kept up to date. **Tasks and responsabilities** + Monitor the business support for systems under GBS responsibility.Process queries from external business partners (vendors). + Process queries from internal business partners (e.g. requisitioner, global/local Sourcing, AP) received via ticket, email inbox or support hotline. + Process queries from external business partners (vendors). + Ensure that documentation for specific processes is kept up to date. **Requirements** + Bachelor degree (Accounting, Business administration, Industrial Engineering or related). + Good understanding/knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes to ensure efficient interface with other departments. + Customer oriented to respond/solve inquiries in a timely manner. + 4 years experience in a Support related position (preferably in S2P). + Basic Knowledge of SAP FI/MM Module, weBuy and Invoicetrack advantageous. + Knowledge in Microsoft office pack. + Knowledge in MyServices. + Spanish and English advanced. + Fluent portuguese.
