Your responsibilitiesManages spare parts evolution with respect to product/system/service Life Cycle Management (LCM) shifts.Assists in the resolution of customer spare parts issues.Participates in determining sales targets for sales force.Cooperates to embed spare parts highlights into product/system/service training to internal teams and customers.Prepares price lists for review and approval and delivers customer quotations.Contributes to develop and maintain spare parts back-end cost repositories and front-end e-commerce tools.Proposes new spare parts, kits, and packages development or enhancements of existing ones to offer suitable and unique solutions to customer needs.Prepares various analyses by market and by product.Contributes to the preparation of marketing tools to support the business and the sales organizations and to define their technical characteristics by providing specific expertise.
Your backgroundEngineer student or Technician student in Electronic, Electric, Electromechanical, Industrial or Robotic.Experience in spare parts analysis, stock control, warehouse attention.Management of Microsoft Office.Desirable knowledge of SAP.Previous experience in management system management (ERP). 2 years of experience in similar positions.Intermediate English level.
