We are currently looking for a Sr Associate – Accounting and Controllership to work for a health care project. 

\n

 

\n

What you´ll do 

\n

 

\n

You´ll be in charge of Accounting for Chile, Argentina and Colombia.

\n

 

\n

Key Responsibilities: 

\n

·       Permanent contact with local Accountant for taxes purposes.

\n

·       Share on a weekly basis information to local accountants.

\n

·       AP invoices accounting code and WTH taxes classification (ARIBA).

\n

·       Accounting balance sheet reconciliation (prepaid, AP, taxes, intercompany, accruals).

\n

·       Cash advance control and follow up.

\n

·       Internal closing process preparing manual entries, uploading in the system and getting approvals - prepare the entries control

\n

·       Preparing all closing reports for our local accounting and reviewing the entries

\n

·       Expense information by project when requested

\n

 

\n

 

\n

Necessary skills and experience required: 

\n

·       5 years of Accounting and Controllership experience.

\n

·       Experience with Hyperion Financial Management and great Excel skills.

\n

·       Nice to have: ARIBA

\n

·       Language: English Upper intermediate

\n
