About the team

Dialpad is looking for a highly motivated and collaborative Strategic Programs - Systems Administrator with excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills to join our Strategic Programs team.   We support the business with innovative ideas and technical knowhow while working closely with our global Sales teams, Finance, Marketing, and Operations departments.  

Dialpad’s Strategic Programs - Systems Administrator will work cross-functionally to implement new CRM solutions  to optimize business efficiency and promote data hygiene.  In this role, you’ll combine system administration, project management, and business acumen to design and implement solutions that directly improve employee productivity and company performance.

Dialpad’s Strategic Programs team plays an essential role in quote creation, contract management , and all revenue data including commissions.  This team collaborates closely with Deal Desk, FP&A, Legal, Product, Sales, Enablement , and Business Systems  to constantly deliver improvements. Your role

As a Strategic Programs - Systems Administrator, you’ll own new feature enhancements. You’ll work closely with the Director of Strategic Programs to design,  implement, and maintain solutions.  In addition, you’ll help bring consistency and quality control to major system deployments.

This position reports to our Director of Strategic Programs and has the opportunity to be based in our Buenos Aires Office. 

What you’ll do

Own new feature enhancements related to existing Salesforce org Maintain lead routing, territory management, and role hierarchy Partner with business systems teams to ensure quality control and timely deployment Assist and provide support to business users Maintain and deliver required updates to CPQ and Ironclad as well as other integrated tools in Dialpad’s tech stack.  

Skills you’ll bring 

3+ years experience in a similar role at a SaaS company Experience in Salesforce Administration and knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem Comfortable creating and analyzing large datasets and dashboards  Ability to balance different initiatives with strong project and time management skills Problem Solver, self starter with strong sense of urgency and quality Experience building strong internal and external relationships through collaboration and teamwork
