What you´ll do?:
\n\n\nIn this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our quarterly learning program by developing clear and concise communication materials for a diverse audience. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing communication challenges within regional enablement teams.
\n\n\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n\n\n\n\nScheduling & Registration: Handle up to multiple webinar requests and build registration microsites
\n\n\nCraft compelling messages that drive a call to action - manage registration communication (confirmation, reminders, follow-ups) to drive attendance, following content governance guidelines to provide clear value statements for partners.
\n\n\nPublishing - Posting of webinar content (registration links, post-event content) on the Partner portal event page.
\n\n\nEscalations & Exceptions - Manage exceptions like webinar series or requests outside standard hours, faster turnaround times, session rescheduling) to the Google service owner.
\n\n\nManage tools and resources: oversee the program tools and resources required to complete the program's objectives.
\n\n\nCommunicate with stakeholders: Communicate with stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and team members. They provide updates on the program's progress, address any issues that arise, and ensure everyone involved is on the same page.
\n\n\nMonitor and evaluate: Track the program's progress and measure its success against predetermined criteria. Identify and mitigate risks and make adjustments to the program as needed.
\n\n\nBusiness Review & Performance - responsible for generating quarterly and (initially) weekly performance reviews to ensure business outcomes are met and develop action plans for improvement. Provide ad-hoc and quarterly metrics reports using GA4, GWS and RSVP. Provide ad-hoc and quarterly
\n\n\n\n\nNecessary skills and experience required:
\n\n\n\n\nBA/BS degree required (Marketing, Communications).
\n\n\n5-8 years of program management or online event operations management experience within the business technology space.
\n\n\nLanguage Requirement English (C1 Level).
\n\n\nHighly skilled written and oral communicator with the ability to formulate structured communications in a complex environment
\n\n\nAbility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - manage multiple, time sensitive projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion
\n\n\nProficiency and experience using RSVP (gcp tool) is required;
\n\n\nAbility to advise/recommend RSVP templates and microsite building is a must
\n\n\nA background in partner programs is highly desirable (Reseller, SI and ISV)
\n\n\nAbility to work in a multicultural environment, and as part of cross-functional teams
